Sean Farrell - Business Director

Sean is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Queen’s University. Sean also completed two years of the M.Mus program at the University of Ottawa, and later studied Design Management at Ryerson University in Toronto. Sean’s very early career was as an aspiring concert pianist, and he studied and performed numerous times in Europe as a youngster, most notably in Budapest Hungary and in Nice France. Sean also worked closely with a wide range of top Canadian artists in his youth, as a dance class / rehearsal pianist, vocal coach and chamber musician. Sean later made the move from the stage to arts and education administration.

His first professional post was as Executive Director of the Quinte Ballet School in Belleville, Ontario. From there, Sean moved to Toronto where he was Senior Vice-Principal of one of Canada’s largest private schools for over a decade. In 2005, Sean relocated to Vancouver, where he served as Vice-President of one of BC's foremost marketing agencies for four years. Sean has many years of experience in developing and implementing communications and marketing plans. Now as a director of NG Farrell Marketing, Sean has gone back to his roots, and passion, by working with arts and non-profit clients. In his spare time, Sean is active in various municipal, provincial and federal political parties.

Chito Yoro - Creative Director

Chito received his advanced education in visual and graphic design from George Brown College in Toronto,  with a major in new media design. Chito has many years of experience in the entire spectrum of design and production, ranging from concept development in a variety of channels, including branding, advertising and editorial design, through to final print production. Because of the breadth of his experience, Chito excels at managing and directing a visual design project from start to completion, ensuring that high quality and excellence are achieved in the print process.

Chito is a natural-born creative, and also has extensive stage experience as a hip-hop and folk dancer for a number of professional dance companies in both Toronto and Vancouver. He is also experienced in theatre production arts and is adept at both costume and stage set design and construction.
