Inform. You tell us what your challenges, dreams and goals are. We’ll tell you how we can help.

Plan. We will formulate a recommended plan of action that details process, tasks, and deliverables. We will discuss budgets up front and honestly with you, to ensure that we can be focused and on track right from the beginning.

Research. This is where we go deep into your organization’s world, getting to know everything about what you do, for whom you do it, and then decide how we are going to make things better. Our research will result in several possible planning documents ranging from a simple brief, to a full-service strategic plan. In all instances, metrics or project assessment criteria will be developed and included in the planning documents.

Design. Based on the approved planning documents we will begin the creative process of designing the program and required collateral and tools.

Review / Consult. We like to take our clients with us on the creative journey, and show you our work as it progresses. And as we know that projects often are an opportunity for engaging and consulting memberships or audiences, we can help facilitate consultative processes to projects.

Execute. Upon your approval of work designed, we now fully execute or produce the programs and tools, ready for your use.

Launch / Measure / Assess. We first help you to launch your new program, and then we guide you in analyzing and reviewing what is being learned from the metrics prescribed in the project plan. We can also provide you with project reports as required by funding agreements.
